This event ends 05/28/2012 2PM PDT. From the time it ends it can take 4-7 business days for the +28 PRS to be paid out, so you've done nothing wrong you just need to wait a bit .

It's funny how everyone skips past the word FREE and expects the payouts to be instant.

I think Rules should have been done in BOLD or RED cause people cant seem to see it for some reason.
