I see. Let me take AVA for example. A new game that you are going to host and be the new publishers in USA and EU. Well, to be honest, I don't understand how you guys can't see how things are going. I mean, you obviously can't be that blind. I will explain.
You can't really make much money if you are going to continue with the current version of ijji's AVA and transfer all the accounts from ijji to Aeria Games. It's in your power to discontinue ijji's AVA and create another, fresh, version of AVA. Meaning, to start a totally new, "beta" (you can say, rolled-back version of ijji's AVA) AVA that has only the content ijji's AVA had back in 2009, and slowly get all the patches and the content back from Redduck (the developers of the game).
Not only you will make a lot of money out of it, you will also get back lots of players to play this game, and the game will become competitive again. What's more important, the community will be more than happy about it (they may be a little upset they're losing their ijji account but that really doesn't matter, they will all register for a new account to play a rolled-back version of the game and eventually be happy with it). After all, AVA was at its finest back in that time when it was without all the overpowered guns and armors.
Otherwise, expect this game to die. ijji's community will keep hating on you. You will find yourself actually losing money rather than making money out of it. Remember well my words.
I really hope that you will take my point and think about it very well,
peace.

If the Ijji version of AVA is discontinued, we lose our license, and the game goes away.We feel that the current version of AVA is better than no version. We dont have any plans at this point beyond getting the game on our servers. We cant even really evaluate the games performance until that time.
The current transition has taken many more months than planned/expected, and has been very difficult for our staff. We will all be happy when it is complete, and when we can get a better understanding of the issues with the current Ijji games.

Than said so, if they want you, the publisher to gain lots of profits, then they're doing it wrong. Making so much meaningless promotional events that requires the players to spend money on AP/G-Coins is not a good way to get a quick buck.
Having the same useless G-Coin/AP events makes the content so repetitive & boring that nobody would actual purchase anymore. You need something new to capture the attention to the publisher & the game.
it's like at a restaurant, you're always buying the same meal everyday and then suddenly, one day, you are trying something new on the menu. It's the sense of willingness to purchase or participate in something new.
I don't know who specifically plans your events or content but he/she is obviously making things worse.

The Developer isnt interested in if the publisher makes money, as long as they can keep the game operating, and make them money. If the Publisher goes under, they can resell the game to another, and make their money there. This is what has happened with Ijji.

I love how our version gets the short end of the stick. This game has been out in the NA for like 2-3 years, and we still get...

We are not really aware of the past events, nor of any of the history of the playerbase. Our only focus at this time is to get the game on our servers. After that, we can evaluate the rest.
