i looked it up all ready and people say things like type is .. and save , but i don't even get that far into the game untill it starts not responding , i get to the choose ur character bit , and it happens ... please help

Try some of the different things in here. If you need to un install, clean PC and re download. If nothing helps after you do all you can.
Repost here with all your System Information so, it can be looked at.
