if you have skill points left, you can use it for boss fights. But pure PvE wise, it's not a good skill because it has a long cooldown. Invest only in this if you have already invested on another required skills and has some skill points left Smile

OK then ill skip this one i don't have a single point left to spend. Hmm actually that's not true i do have ONE last point i could use. lol

From an orc's perspective,

I remember a hunter who would use this in ROTCO when the main tank died, and would announce it in vent.

It gives a little bit of time for orcs to res, so I think it's useful in that aspect PVE wise.
