Anyone else got some of their tickets labeled as "spam" today? Shocked

My tickets, all answered, lay quiet and silent there for days, yet suddenly some are changed from "resolved" to spam Sad

Not that I've seen on my end for tickets... Only time tickets I've known about ever being marked as spam is if its done repeatedly over the same issue and tone taken with the GMs.

If its on Shaiya's end, Consider.ez, I'd suggest to compile the ones you're having issues with and ask one of the Shaiya GSes or a forum mod to ask a GM to look into it for you. That for worse case, send a ticket to Billing Attention: Superman0X in the subject line, and explain to him exactly what is going on, or possibly PM GMPaladin to have a look?

I'd offer to do it myself for you, but if its Shaiya related, I can only forward tickets for Scarlet Blade related issues. I'm sorry. Sad

Well TBH I'm more concerned why the (already resolved for some time) ticket is suddenly marked as spam.
The content of those tickets isn't related to each other Smile

Makes me a bit less willing to send any other tickets...

I just though it may be a system issue and wondered if it happened to anyone else today
(because I don't see why would it happen on a same day with 2 differently dated, different topic tickets).

But thanks for the suggestions, I will consider it
