To be fair amidst all my lambasting of Aeria's management of Shaiya, I recently enjoyed the service of the CR team. It was quick, polite and resolved my issue to my full satisfaction. Something I honestly had not expected. Thank you!

cant redeem 15$ AP

i buy this 15$ ultimate game card..
since there is no 15$ AP to choose..
i buy the 10$ one..

i cant redeem my 5$ left ultimate points..
why is that?

when i tried to buy 5$ AP, it said u can use your 5$ ultimate points.
i tried to Apply my Ultimate points and the box showed, said "Please enter the PIN bellow"
and there is no box in it..

500 free ap
i just redeemed a coupon for 500 ap for helping to establish last chaos with ap purchasing and gaming . its a nice gift. i never did get my 100 chaos balls in accordance to the rt i sent in buuut this 500 ap ill use as in lieu to that. i always try to see the brighter side of things. Thank you team aeria and the idea of customer relations is wonderful. all aeria needs now is myself as a advisor to developers n staff from a strong gamer point of view. i couldnt possibly trust anyone else to do it..rofl. Why buy Aeria Fun Cards? Cant use promo codes.

Why send me a coupon that I cant use. It says I cant use it with aeria fun cards yet in the email it doesnt mention that. I expect aeria to honor this coupon as advertised.

The second set of coupons states that cant use it but the one from november 11th does not.
