Can you possibly make it work with phone services? as almost 2 years worth of AP buying has almost always been done via Mobile phone. Smile
Also I like the idea of an extra set of customer service/support employees assisting the team. Things have been too crazy lately, you GM's are probably upto your eyes in tickets. xD

Well i got "Free AP" it says but to get it I must bye atleast 650 AP. Thats not what I call free Rolling Eyes .
But I think you make good games Very Happy .

Off-topic:
For the Coupon, the best option is PayPal Express, picking the $2 and getting 702AP in total.

As a customer relations exercise this "free" AP coupon is a fail. Why? Because you should state in the email that a purchase is necessary in order to redeem the coupon: it is mildly disappointing to discover a "thank you gift" is nothing of the sort, but simply an inducement to spend money. I do buy AP occasionally on my main account so i do appreciate the offer of some extra AP, but surely clarity and transparency are necessary if good customer relations are what you hope to achieve. If you really want to thank me for being part of Aeria games, get the devs to update the GF archive so i can archive some costume and free up valuable bag space. 4/10 for effort xD

More or less its just some added reason to buy AP. A sneaky yet smart ploy if you ask me.

self explanitory
Read all of the comunications in my ticket no.8636155 then look at the status of ticket no.8643591. Then, tell me why I should believe aeria games has any concern at all about customer relations.

A; whether or not you received the item you requested in the first ticket (if you qualified) and B; the second ticket you replied that you moved the stone and therefore were no longer in the promotion. Then did not reply to the ticket again.

If you are still interested in the above issues on those tickets, you should reply to both of them to update them with new information, otherwise they won't be aware that you have an issue.

I recieved nothing..They simply returned the tickets to "aeria hold" no matter what I wrote on them.
