How will we know if we are dealing with someone from the C/R team or a GM?

Will they still be using the standard look in the Forums we don't have any interest in what you wrote to us reply?

Will they let us know Who actually handled our queries?

If you get an email, and it is signed 'Customer Relations Team' that would indicate that they have written it to you.

Just to clarify.

The Customer Service (or GM) Team is the people who work the customers every day. They do the tickets, run the game events, and do all the daily tasks associated with each game.

The Customer Relations team talks to customers directly when they find that our 'normal' system is not working right. They find the problems, and come up with solutions that prevent the issue from occurring. They work as both a support team for our GM's as well as an outside resource for our customers when things do go wrong.
