Not that IT WAS BAD before... just that... the "FIrewall" between the COmmunity and the Staff doesnt help at all (maybe a specific game, maybe in all) i do undestand how "online gamming companies" work, their methods, objectives and offcourse main purpose (profit/service)
Please Dont Treat us like Monkeys, and Please when something goes wrong...
Dont assume whoever is on the "other side" is a Thug or an IDIOT... Aeria allready did a couple of Radical "i-dont-care-what-you-are-saying" punishments without even trying to verify what was really wrong...
Aeria Staff > GMs > GS volunteers > COmmunity .
Make all of them work together (fix what needs to be fixed, answer with dignity , are remeber just because "we" play games...doesnt mean we are 8years old spoiled brat)> no offence to 8year kids
