I just started playing, and quit 15 mins later because of super bad lag..I have an AMD A8-3870 GPU @3.00ghz, 8Gb ram, 64 bit OS. New computer only 5 months old. I've played fiesta online, shaiya ,grand fantasia, and more,great with no lag..so before i even try a different server..is the game always laggy?

You can always change resolution for less lag, and try a different sub server

I am not sure when you started playing. Was it yesterday as I know there were some lag issues after maintenance on certain sub servers? A few that don't normally have reported same.

I don't generally suffer from lag but even I had to deal with quite a bit. Had quite a delay when using NPCs and when killing mobs a real time delay. This was on a very quiet subserver. This was yesterday morning UK time.

Haven't tried today but am hoping was just a hiccup. As I said I do not normally have any issues.

Please post your DXDIAG information in here for us to look through. Often times, there is a driver that is out of date.
