Some time ago, a character by the name of iTunes.CA1 had joined our guild, and he sounded rather nice, then went inactive. Usually I'm pretty understanding if you have to go inactive due to real life and whatnot.

However, suddenly logging on, doing this, and logging back out:







Cleaning out everything from the guild wardrobe and guild item box is just plain ol' mean, if not it gives me reason to suspect iTunes is either an alt character or a potential RMT that needed gold fast. We had multiple spirits, wards, orbs and other normal items in there that were taken, and while relatively easily replaceable, we lost some rather decent +6 gears too.

Thankfully our guild leader had set the maximum withdraw limit to 0 due to a confirmed alt/ex-guildie suddenly taking gold out without informing us, making it impossible to take out gold from the vault, otherwise we would've been completely cleaned out there too.

One of our officers had noticed this a couple days ago, and I was only told of this last night. iTunes is still listed as a guard in our guild, and since our leader's taking a small break, none of us can kick the offender.

I wish there was an explanation as to this recent rash of guild thieves in CC, this is getting ridiculous...

It might be the same person whos doing this to all those guilds, kind of sad if you ask me.

I must say your guild officers (or whoever in charge of recruiting) sure have a very bad judge of a character.

Gotta stop recruiting suspicious low ranks that are more than likely an alt.

My advise is don't be so desperate of guild points that you just recruit just about everyone you see without a guild (considering your guild have been hit 3 times now).

Items don't even seem to be worth the effort, man people are so lazy when it comes to making gold nowadays lol...

Sounds suspicious enough for me.

In case that's what you want about why I say the guy is probably an alt.

Tighten criteria for recruiting maybe.
Having limit of ranks is a good way to prevent alt for example.

Chariot general and above only for total proness recruiting criteria!
