Hi, when i launch the game i can log in but than after i do it just sits there n all i can do is watch the background of the login menu.. i dont evn make it to the character create menu

Try the following:

At the launcher open options -> video -> UI CACHE Off (or on depending on your current setting)

that might help with showing the windows that should come after the login screen

hey, it happens the same with me, but sometimes it shows the menu.
Due to this problem i spend almost 1 hour just to login into eden eternal.

I have this problem in every Aeria Games Games, and UI Cache does not help me (even if i turn it off or on).

Can someone plz help?

Thanx, it worked.. once i turned it off i can now make a char and go play.. TVM
