I have two characters both have the same password yet i can not log into one?!?

Probably you aren't typing the password correctly... :3

it might be a best solution to renew both password, and PLEASE make it different ... multiple accounts with equal passwords are more sensible to account thefts

if you have problems logging into one character or forgot your character password, send in a contact us and a GM will remove or reset you character password.

Eden Eternal and Grand Fantasia have character passwords that are different from your account password.
(at character select screen you can set a 6 digit password for each character)

i know, but i'm talking in general. If one password got found, then his another character ( had to resist to write this instead of account ) would be accessible too. You would be surprised how guessable most people's passwords are
