Hey GS, read this will you please.

Sooooooooooooo, way back when I stopped having much time to play, I moved my junk onto a nub account and a nub toon. Lots of expensive junk I still want. I'll spare the details. I can't access that account now and I have no idea what email I used, the account was made like 3 years ago on a throw away email account. So, help please?

you can recover by going to contact us, then to the tab that says Recover a lost account. Then give them as much information about your account as you can. Plus make a new email address that you would like on that account. Then wait for them to reply. Hello trinity, if you have as of yet not sent in an rt you may find this useful. Check out the paragraph in bold

Having trouble resetting password

What I would suggest to save possibly some time is in your initial rt in which you should include a new alternative email, try to give as much info as you can remember such as igns whether you bought ap with the account or not including any transactions if you still have a note, rough time you remember being on account and anything else you can think of in first communication.

If it is not enough they will of course send you more questions to be answered.
