I am a new player and I just bought $50 in A.P. I see various items mentioned like this promotion and various abbreviations but have no idea what they are. Why would I buy a lvl 7o cape and I am only lvl 25? Could I still put it on? Is there a clear guide to all item mall items explaining what they do and who or what level can use them?

The cape is for lvl 70 characters so a lvl 25 would not be able to use the cape. Mini tier promotions can come in a lot of different variations for different lvls. Some Tiers target certain level brackets as you will see with this one the 70 cape is available as an option. We do from time to time run 1-15 and 20-30 Tier events which would include items that a character of your lvl could use. I've got problem. I can't redeem OP hammer in 1st tier why? i spent 1001 AP just to unlock this tier and when i press button "redeem" there aren't any reaction

Ok this is the first time i have done this event and i cannot redeem the prizes i got i click redeem and it makes a loading screen ofer the event page for half a second then does nothing please help

there is a problem with the tier redemption atm. apperently PM/GMs are aware and are attempting to resolve the issue.
