Why Aeria want to release new rank and new cape?

Aeria on their end could however setup a system to have those who had reached +6 Cape status to be gifted their cape after scenario change if they so wished to do so(unless the new patch doesn't contain those capes o_0.)

Because they didn't expect people to be sick enough to farm to 200k in the first year and for aeria to hand out bonus honor like a pedophile handing out candy canes on Halloween.

Isn't Halloween too early for candy canes? I wouldn't go to anyone handing me stale candy!

I think more ppl try to farm 200k honor almost for their sake is get cape +6.
Cape +6 in current scenario with me, that's great present when you spend your time in game
