when last scenario, more ppl get rank Grand General and honor more 130k-150k. But in current scenario, KOEI set limit rank is Grand General, this is not logical. And if there is rank limit, then at least they inform for ppl.
Now, more ppl try to reach 200k honor for Governor rank and cape +6. And their effort wasted because KOEI.
If possible, Aeria can require KOEI release a patch with Governor Rank and cape +6.

if you hit 200k honor, it carries over to the next scenario. When you start, you'll get the chance to get the Cape+6 and whatever they give you in those promotion quests.

Aeria will hand them out in Promotion or boxes again.

this is the best cape IMO and now we'll probably never get it along with like 90% of the jing capes ;_;
