Im losing my AP points!!

Disappearing
I just bought 2,060 AP points, but they are disappearing!! I check the
purchase history and I bought stuff I don't know of?? I think someone has
my password! I reset my password but my AP points still keep disappearing!
Please help!

Send a ticket asap through contact us. They will be able to lock your account and investigate. Make a note of everything that was purchased with your AP that you did not yourself purchase.

Yes. Send the RT to Billing, filling out the required information. Under normal circumstances, I'd say to put N/A if you can't remember the last transaction number of your last AP purchase, but in a circumstance such as this, not only will your latest purchase of AP be necessary, so will any others that you know of.

Details will save you here. Be as descriptive as you can.

I would use "Game Support," then select the game you play. Tickets sent to billing can take days for a response, but Game Support tickets are usually opened within 24 hours.
