Have you updated your video drivers recently?

Can you provide a screenshot? If you're talking about the edges of characters being jagged you can smooth them by turning anti-aliasing on in the video options.

When In game press the Printscreen button on your keyboard. Screenshots are saved to C:\AeriaGames\EdenEternal\ScreenCapture by default. Upload this to a site such as photobucket or imageshack then simply use the following code to post in the forums.

Code:

ah I see, please post up a copy of your dxdiag, usually updating your video drivers fixes the issue you are having.

Posting a dxdiag
  1. Click Start and then Run or use the Search bar in the start menu on Vista/7
  2. Type "dxdiag" and select OK,
  3. When the DirectX Diagnostic tool opens select "Save All Information" at the bottom of the screen and save the file. Remember where you saved it!
  4. Open the file, copy all the info and paste into a post.
