Help!!!!

hi, i havnt played in about 3 years so since then i have switch internet service provider. the game has my old email address which i no longer can access, thus i am unable to change my password also. what is the best step to do in this situation? i really dont wanna start a new character because i have a level 53 hard mode with tons of goodies i bought with real money and i sent aeria games a request to change my old email to my current one with a link to prompt me to reset my password. is this the right step? is there anything else? thank you for your time.

You sent a ticket to GMs, nothing else to do but waiting for their answer in this case.

just requesting an email change won't help, you should send a ticket here with this info:

1) Account Name
2) Server(s) your character(s) are associated with
3) Name(s) of the character(s)
4) Items which the character(s) have equipped and in the inventory
5) Last 5 items purchased in Item Mall (including dates, times, and
character(s))
6) The transaction #'s for the last 5 items purchased
7) The last time and zone your character(s) were logged in
8 ) The original and current email address associated with the account
9) The date the account was registered
10) Your I.P Address ( feel free to use whatismyip.com)

thanks for the responce, i received "your account has been verified" and they requested a new email not associated with Aeria Games which i provided atlease 36 hrs ago... how long do i need to wait to get the password reset link to my lost account in my new email? sorry i'm a little impatient and hope to start playing since im on vacation for only so many days.. Thanks for any help
