i tryed to log in to it and then says Password expired and plus i forgot my email i try to ask for it and they wont give it so can any GMs or the real staff give it to me becaues i cant recover it and i sure cant get it back i need help i thought the GMs or the people that made this game saposed to help me out here yes i got my name 2za1kee back but my password What the.

As a safety measure, the accounts went through a mandatory password reset some months ago, and all accounts that didn't have their passwords changed within a certain time got locked. Please use the above link to reclaim your account. Once there, make sure to provide a new email address currently not associated with any Aeria account you might have and keep checking the inbox of that email account over the next two days for an answer where you will be asked a number of questions in order for the GMs to authenticate you as the creator and rightful owner of the account. Reply to that email (leave the topic/title as it is when you receive it) and await further replies from the GMs.

PS - you will first receive an automated reply shortly after sending the reclaim request. This will be just to notify you that the request has been put in the ticket queue for the GMs to deal with, and that a proper answer will follow within the next 48 hours.

Ah, no it will not. But I just realised I misled you a bit. I've got so used to the Ban Appeal form being used to reclaim lost accounts, I forgot there's a separate link now to do that. Here's the correct link:

(although you would not have got into any trouble if you used the Ban Appeal).

No. You will need to reclaim your account with the above link. The reason for this is that anyone could claim to be you, and without the GMs getting the correct information from whoever asked to have your account restored to them (let's say someone else was trying to get your account), they simply cannot know if you are the rightful owner of the account or not. Before you are able to give them that information, they cannot let you have the account - it's a matter of security.

Once you have answered the questions from the GMs to the point that they are satisfied that you really are who you claim to be, you will be sent an email with a one-time link to a page where you can set the password for your account. This link only lasts for 24 hours, so make sure to keep checking your email inbox for answers from the GMs so you can use that link before it expires.

However, you have already submitted a ticket or two to the GM's we can help you recover your account you will just need to provide the information the GM's ask for in the ticket. This is a precautionary measure in order to make sure no other player is attempting to claim the account.
