@ Aeria Staff regarding lost account.

Lost account.
Brieft background information: I have quit soldier front September 2011 due to ijji's fail management. Once i heard there will be a transition to AeriaGames, i am seeking to return. However, in light of memory issues, i have forgoten Account Id and email. Although, i have enormous amounts of account related information. I can answer all security questions, zip code, i.p address used, stuff occurred with account, screenshots of me playing ect...

In the end The ticket i sent the support team have failed. They marked it as spam as i did not include account i.d or email. This is preposterous. I understand how it can be somebody else trying to access the account. However, the tremendous "crater" of information i wrote, explained was inclusive and evident that i was the account owner. I gave them my Soldier front codename to track the account ID too. I feel stepped on and embarrassed from this response:

" This ticket has been resolved to the best of our ability. If a resolution was
not met we apologize for the inconvenience.

Any further replies to this ticket will be considered spam and the responses
will be treated as such. Thank you for understanding. Regards,Team Action".

I can't believe the amount of evidence i gave in was not enough. Aeriagames has no sympathy for people with lost memory, in my opinion.

I'm writting this because i'm willing to try one more time in my account recovery, as i have spent alot of money on it and i enjoy the game tremendously.


[b]Conclusion: I would like to contact an Aeria Staff member that can help and hear out my case.

Try sending them a ticket again with more details and see what happens

i get where your coming from, but look at there point of view. They got a guideline to follow, and if those guidelines are not checked off then they think a low life kid is trying to hack a account. But what is so puzzling is that you remember all these things but can remember a simple username. Good luck mate, i hope you get your account back.

They can also view my point of view. Anything is possible, especially my case. I can answer and give information a normal person who's trying to get my account can't. By the way, who would get my account? It's been inactive for 7 months. No one saw me play. I have information on my account that no outsider knows of.

So in the end i'm trying to reclaim whats rightfully mine. That's why im seeking special attention due to my case. And this special attention requires a dedicated staff member. I need help.

The problem is that you must provide enough information to prove that the account is yours. I could look at any old IGN on the AVA ranking that hasn't been used for months and I could submit that to "lost accounts" claiming that it is mine but I don't know the ID or password.

This is why they can't return any old account without adequate information.

I said before i have adequate information to prove. I just need someone to listen to me.
