Brieft background information: I have quit soldier front September 2011 due to ijji's fail management. Once i heard there will be a transition to AeriaGames, i am seeking to return. However, in light of memory issues, i have forgoten Account Id and email. Although, i have enormous amounts of account related information. I can answer all security questions, zip code, i.p address used, stuff occurred with account, screenshots of me playing ect...
In the end The ticket i sent the support team have failed. They marked it as spam as i did not include account i.d or email. This is preposterous. I understand how it can be somebody else trying to access the account. However, the tremendous "crater" of information i wrote, explained was inclusive and evident that i was the account owner. I gave them my Soldier front codename to track the account ID too. I feel stepped on and embarrassed from this response:
" This ticket has been resolved to the best of our ability. If a resolution was
not met we apologize for the inconvenience.
Any further replies to this ticket will be considered spam and the responses
will be treated as such. Thank you for understanding. Regards,Team Action".
I can't believe the amount of evidence i gave in was not enough. Aeriagames has no sympathy for people with lost memory, in my opinion.
I'm writting this because i'm willing to try one more time in my account recovery, as i have spent alot of money on it and i enjoy the game tremendously.
