AP

I bought ap for first time buyer and doesn't say inactive or show any ap just says Error when i click on AP Purchase it shows the ap there any ideas whats going on?

Please send an RT into the Billing Department and they will look into the error.

Give it 20 minutes or fill out a ticket and it will get resolved Monday late in the day when tier event is over.Best bet is to buy the ap on a Wednesday.

Actually Booya, if you miss a tier promo due to a billing error you can do a missed promotion request.
