i was playing and i suddenly got disconnected.. my connections is fine.. but i can't connect.. what's wrong? no warnings.. just shuts down on me.. and i can't get pass the "login" it would give an error message.. "server connection: failure"

So at around 9pm PDT / Midnight EDT, something happened with the Internet connection at the datacenter in Montreal where the majority of Aeria's servers are hosted. This includes most (if not all of) the MMORPG servers, the shoutbox, and a few others.

If you're talking about the connection issues when trying to log back in to Eden Eternal, they were resolved ~35 minutes after the disconnect. Everything is up and running now.

These datacenter hiccups have been happening quite a bit over the past couple of weeks actually. It's like, just like that, BAM. Everything is down for about 30 seconds.

This happend to me on Shaiya EN. I was dissconnected and when i went to log back on the server status for Laliah said something along the lines of it being down where as the rest of the servers were "Smooth"
