If your history says delivered but you inventory is void of it, have the ticket ready.

There should be more deliveries in the process of being made today, I'm assuming.

yaaaaaaaay they paid me the 20 missing ores..

They actually paid it, there are 20 mores in purchase history... i mean, 20 ores there made poof, then they sent it again after ticket. Good job

i haven't gotten anything and my purchase history still doesn't even show any of the items I'm suppose to receive and according to what im reading almost everyone received at least part of thier rewards but i still didnt get anything?

I must say im still in trouble and now is a big mess!!!
first i bought that armory that i havent got delivered, as i mentioned on
my previous tickets, in order and the intention to participate on the
Crafting promotion, that took place in the Start: 9PM PDT, April 5th, 2012
End: 9PM PDT, April 8th, 2012

I spent back then, 2000+ AP on the respective days, to get my Large Forge,
among other items, the Silver 2000+ Promotion, and now i think there most
be a BIG mistake there, cause i did not got the Large Forge, nor the gems nor the price like Silver promotion.

Instead What i got, was items like i was just the Bronze 1000+ AP promotion, cause
im suspecting as the system never delivered this armory, thats 700 AP less
for the promotion to count and also there must be some problem involved...

and is all on my Chart history, with dates and all... says clearly how i
bought over 2000 AP the days of this promotion,
but not only, i havent got delivered that armory yet from back then, but i now got the wrong Gifts for the Crafter Promotion.

Please help!!! Aeria Team, please dig in if able, investigate my chart history... you can see
it all there!!! i got the 3 Heavy Forges and ore only, yes 3 extra Heavy Forges now display on my Forniture list menu, not only as i was participating for the Bronze but also 3 Forges? thats for sure not right...

and all i really wanted was the Silver promotion, i already had a Heavy Forge... why would i want 2 nor 3 or 4 Heavy Forges...., having 2 of the same Forges is pointless on the game....what i needed was the Large Forge that can upgrade weapons up to LvL5...

please tell me what i need to do to get all this problem sorted and
corrected? what pictures if needed, and what i must do or if i need to talk
to a Game Master or Sage or anything i must do...
