yester day I spend ap cause of the tired spender event, whan i used the event later i accidently skipped the first tiers in it and used thee higher tiers after I redeemed the higher tiers i wasnt able anymore to redeem the lower ones. Can I do something that it will work should I contact somebody from aeria ? Would it help? .

you will have to use the Contact Us Form and describe your problem, the billing / aeria team will then be able to help you most likely.

When you use the redeem button, you redeem all unlocked tier, not just some of them, you can redeem a higher tiers without the lower one.

Check your purchase to see exactly what are the reward you redeemed (http://lastchaos.aeriagames.com/itemmall/cart/purchase-history). If you still have something missing, use the contact us form.

Also be sure to redeem in the appropriate tiered, we have a new one today, use the tab to select the right one (Yesterdays it was the "WOW" tiered)
