Imo, I would probably say there about a 3, because there's alot of issues that still need to be sorted out as heallore says I also have alot of problems with the reponse system. I have in several email and got back nothing but a automatic response, I even had a mod sent in my ticket and still no reply and not the first time this has happened so there could be alot of work done in that area.Even tho that system sucks and i still haven't gotten a response yet. I would still give them a 3 because there still very helpful and active with the commumity on forums and in the games, there still alot of glitches and bugs and there trying to work on. so overall there still a 3.

i heavent had any problems personally and i have and will continue to recommend your games to my friends and family

ive only use these games a few weeks the lag in town is crazy at times [why are mounts used in town they just increade the lag when theres a event] responce is poor player controles really stink ,[i play LC] there needs to be key board movement controles point and click is the slowest worst way to move
ive not tried the cash mall items to many bad storys about the glitches ill the the players words that a problem there will take months if ever resolved
and the inventory is a mess ? why the 1 long page 2 shorter pages for inventory is so much ez to work with in storage a long page is fine but my carry inventory needs to ez to get into there are times i have died tryin to scroll down and find a item i needed during a fight 2 shorter pages i can check full inventory with 1 click
now on the other hand the graphic are great and of all my online games i play the camera movement on LC. is the best and so far theres a ton of veriety in monsters to hunt {ive only been playing 2 weeks not yet lvl 40}
i hope it stays that way there are a ton of spammers on the k1 almost all the time but this would have to be expected on a game with no report button for players to turn them in
over all even with all the bugs and glitchs i would have to say the games worth playing but in need of some work

Hope the conversation window in the game cna be improved. its a bit hard to use.

First thing, I spend money on this game via paypal which requires a week to clear. For my own reasons, this works well for me for online purchasing. the problem is that by purchasing AP this way, I miss out on a lot of the spender promotions, as most promotions only go for a week.

Secondly, I think that if a game is monitored by GM/GS's then it should be monitored around the clock, not just for half of the time. I've noticed that spammers and gold sellers take advantage of the time GM's and GS's are not online. Why must there be many GS's on at one time, and none on at others? I see that Onyx server isn't taking any more GS's which makes me wonder...where are they while the US is asleep? I am from Australia, and to tell the truth, the spamming and goldselling is really getting to me. not to mention those ppl who think they can do whatever they want while the GM's are offline...

I gave it a 3, this game is really good, but based on my experiences there is a lot of issues that still need to be dealt with, my friend bought some AP a few weeks ago and still hast received them, there still needs to be more management around here. There are way too much violations[ scamming, gold spammers, etc..] going on and no official to witness it.

It took 3 months to resolve an issue I had. There was no reason given to me as to why I was put through this problem, and no one ever actually spoke to me. On average I spend a couple hundred dollars a month on AP, and it would be nice if there was some kind of customer service available to help with issues. Real people, instead of canned email responses.

Also, the dratan errors are completely insane. I cant remember the last time I made it to dratan on the first try.

Gold spammers are completely horrible. There should be more monitors for that. I am sure there are plenty of players that can watch and boot, or report directly to someone who has the power to boot.

I find the service to be good when it hits. The thing is that it takes so long that you don't know what is going on. In that case it messes the game up for some people. Don't get me wrong I enjoy Aeria Games, there great, I made a bunch of good friends. Just Aeria needs to corrinate more on there service, or maybe higher extra peeps or get more GS and GM, or something, but thanks Aeria Games for the great games.
