I think that Aeria is doing exellent in brining us the help we need Something i'm glad for ^^ Just keep it that way and this place well get good known in a short amount of time

for me they are poor they are so slow i read at the event calender it will start after 1 hour for example so we go after thats and we wait like 3 hour to get the event and one of them was the yesterday in storm at the castle i go to sleep after two hour wasting i lost my time for nothing and the funny thing i post from weeks someone say bad words and i till see him in the game and the have bad quality for the bugs in the game and the for some event for example the hs event they say it is 200% the chance of success and thats mean put 15 hs and you will get +15 but all was not true because 200% succeeds mean no break never i love area but i think they have to fix allot of thing ....
what i want only the best i give you someone example and there are mil of problem i know you cant fix all of them but be sure to do because i lost allot of friend for this problems after they leave the game

only beacuse theres not enough GS/GM's for in-game support, and how sometimes, a person reported mutiple times for things like harassment and by-passing the filter with things like @ for the letter a, and not getting banned, or even a warning.

As for AGE services under the DoMO section, I'd give a 4.0.

While others say that DoMO is lacking a GM team, we're lucky to have those that we have making up for it to fill in the gap. Although it would be nice to see a development team similar to what Gametribe has that adds features to the game. They have the pet trading safety for example, and a trade channel would be AMAZINGLY helpful to reduce spam in broadcast, which would help to answer questions more efficiently which I attempt to do day-round.

Recently I sent in a good work report on Adazin who actually came on in his off hours of work to do a few things and help out, which actually shows some true dedication to the game and community. And I've had the privelege of working alongside him in the past and as of late. And he's a great wedding date. <3

In the past my tickets would go unanswered for quite a bit and require a second response. And forum reports and arguments(I <3 you now Ryoga) would be unresolved for periods of time. But all of those issues seem to be fixed as of late with quick response and reaction to the community questions. Item mall transfers are handled well and when I've had problems or discovered issues with it, they were quickly handled by a GM.

Updates are steady and continuous, and when bugs do appear they are fixed swiftly. While we are behind on the content additions, we also know what we will be getting soon and have time to prepare for it. I know this isn't directly under AGE to fix, as it is Softstar's area to judge who gets what and when.

I personally have many problems with the Game Sage teams after communicating with other members about their activity and involvement in the community. I will not go into details here unless asked, because while I would like to express the opinions openly for public access, I would also like some protection from those devouts/fanboys/fangirls of the current members who may be lacking(IE. guildmates, suckups, etc.). If a GM requested the information, I would be glad to oblige.

The event calendar has been suffering from a delay and problems with times between different players causing miscommunication, a static clock to PDT(PST) may be needed to resolve this issue. Also, it would be a great improvement if it was possible to set the GS and GM attendee who will be at the event. It would resolve MANY issues such as scams during the pet exchange where people may attempt to trade someone and steal 3 pets from a player attending. In my attendance I try to announce the attendees to stop such problems beforehand, but it would be a useful addition.

People who are reported for things as simple as bypassing filters and harrassment really do seem to go unharmed on DoMO, more often than not. But I think that is more of a failure of players to send in a proper report than anything else. Although I have seen some reported well that still continued their actions ingame.

I commend you for actually speaking ill about AGE, because we're the ones who will get harrassed for our comments here. I used to have similar problems, but it's much quicker now personally.

I personally answer questions and try to re-route the important information to GS's and GM's ingame on DoMO to take a load off of them. Most questions and issues people have can easily be resolved by the community, though players refuse the help that others offer because they do not have the title. Although I've also seen people ignore GS's in the past for community help. :X

The GM team gave the DoMO GS's the ability to freeze players back in the Darkdale pvp event and it failed miserably. Everyone realized how much a mistake that was and it was resolved quickly. Giving them a mute command would be the same and may actually be abused in the situation of a few specific events where I've personally seen bad judgment on GS decisions. *Info to those who pm and ask for it.

Just a few little snippets from me. But for the most part, I enjoy the DoMO community and the involvement from the teams.

I would give a 5 if it wasn't for the gold spammers.

Aeria games probably has the best games ever they are even competeing with marketed games now but still some flukes like contests for example say i always participate in double experience events yet i get on a few mins late and i have no clue it has started so i set up a shop to wait for it then an hour later the message "thank you for participating in double exp today" and im like WHAT????? so i think that could be fixed to show like events happening at the moment you log on in display like the events it shows when u first make a new character in the bottom right corner also another thing i have noticed is a few glitchs which really bug me because today i was in dratan at the seral farm and some how as i was walking by the statue i slipped right in and i was attacked by a high leveled deer and i couldn't attack back and so i died and lost exp from it but almost everything in these aeria games are almost flawless keep going because soo you will even put world of warcraft out of business.

pssshh excellent way way way better than the others thats why i cameback from cabal
