Well it seems players are now getting banned left, right and centre for abuse of TOS (Terms of service), the game's admins FORCED the mergers of servers 1-3 where players have invested a lot of time and money into accounts on multiple servers.
Not all players asked for this merger, you, the developers and publishers decided it would be more profitable, it is as simple as that. So, now i/we (as players slash customers) ask you.. if people hold accounts on lets say server 1 and server 3 (as i do) we pretty much have to give up one, we cant be int he same alliance, we can't exchange goods, we can't be in an enemy alliance we can't do this, we cant do that - we can get banned though..

YOU FORCED THIS MERGER ON THE PLAYERS and now ban them for just trying to play these account in ways that may be beneficial to themselves. Sure, there is ways around this and i am sure some have realised, but why.. And no, i am not banned.. but i am see players left right and center (from all alliances) sufferring.

We are gamers, not legal beagles interested in pages and pages of ToS and all that implies within them, nor do we don't sit in board rooms discussing the effects of monetary markets X (NYSE) and Y (Shanghai) of hey the may involve the economics of the game, we simply dont care, we (as gamers) just want to play our games and have fun

I hear where you are coming from kaer, and i understand it completely I am thinking that they are possibly making changes when it comes to this and I really hope they do. This week's forum event is all related towards multiple accounts and our opinions on them, I hope they take what we say and actually do something with the information instead of just glancing at it quickly and than do nothing after that like they do with the suggestions forum.

Paladin, I did not mean it seriously that you or your company do little more than discuss monetary markets, my point is the business end or the lagalities (do's n don'ts) of these games interest us gamers little, we kill each other in the games daily, but we know they will be back the next morn at thier own dining room tables eatin leftover pizza and coffee ready for another bout this is what interests us

On a side note, I would find it hard to believe a company the size of Aeria dealing with international markets has had no discussion (at least in accounting and/or marketting) of international exchanges, be it stocks, or monetary exchange rates.

All the rules regarding multiple accounts and alternate accounts aren't recently put in place. They've been around since September 19, 2011 and aren't in the Terms of Service but are special rules for Browser Games. These are rules you agreed to follow when you made your account and began playing our games. on that note paladin please actually use and listen to what we have to say in this survey event as it appears no matter what we say or what we do no one really seems to give a hoot

I am glad Aeria has posted this form for players to add thier input and that hopefully Aeria can act as per the wishes of the greater player base (whatever that input may be)..
And, i feel it is debatable wether all these players acted in a way that deserved banning, again i do not know the full stories of the individuals or what thier crime was that earnt the wrath of the ban hammer. I think if it was a 'little' case of 'Oooh MY L102.S2 guys could do with this Valor IV from my L80.S1 toons' then perhaps the ban hammer will be a temporary one.

Yes, we all agree to read the terms and conditions to play this game.. and every other game we have all played over the years (some more years than others).. But I am curious, has anyone else read them in thier entirety prior to the merger (or since) ? rofl - apart from Sylvanas oh and of course me..

I dont know if ive EVER read a terms of service for a video game. ITS A VIDEO GAME... its not going to sue me if i dont sign it, its not going to take my money when i throw it away. just click ok and move on.
