suggestion:send in a ticket ,this is llikely a bug that you were special enough(read:unfortunate)
possible remesdies:change faction
or if you have not played your character lfor very long try either recreating your character,or creating a new character.
if non of these methods work your stuck .

Hmm, I never had problems like this. But anyway, just like strobava said already, just send a ticket.

Has happened to others in the past. Reinstall the full game, 95 % of the time it's a corrupt data file. If this doesn't work proceed to submit a ticket.
