I have two toons on my Sapphire server i want deleted...i have tried and tried to delete them but i cant they wont 'poof'...what do i have to do to make these little darlings..'poof'????

The way to record any video as proof in a game would be to use a video capture tool such as FRAPs, and then upload the video somewhere like Youtube or Photobucket providing the link to it in your ticket to the GMs.
