I just did a test: I removed the router and connected the computer directly to the modem, and I see the login server up!
Put back the router and off again.
So it seems to be related to subnetwork or a router thing.
My router is a linksys.
Hope this help.

If you reset your router, does it work?

Some ISPs bundle a wireless router into their modems, so you only have 1 physical device to manage (1 device to plug in, instead of 2 with an ethernet cable connecting them). Are you able to connect to wireless at all? If you can, then you have a router built in to your modem.

I have 2 desktop computers set up here with a router.
One for me and one for my roommate, who can't connect neither.

Are you and your roommate wirelessly connecting to your router?

Do all of you use a laptop? Because none of the laptops in my house will run Eden, but the one desktop will, but I'm not allowed to use the desktop so.. I need this fixed. Was just wondering if it had something to do with our laptops? And my router is a D-Link.

Are you able to physically plug your laptop into the router and see if that works? (Be sure to disable wireless when doing so)
EDIT: If anybody would like to, I have a Pingbox on my profile, where we can chat more directly.
