As I said, we went to sleep, and when we came back, me and my roommate both had a Connect error on our screen.
And since, we cannot connect with any account, even a new one.

Only once in that day, but i was able to log on right after i d/c'd, but I've been having that issue since the servers merged. Other than that nope.

I just tested connecting from work (after I asked the sysAdmin to lower the firewall for 5 mins) and it does work.

So this really seems to be something related to IPs, not account.
Does Aeria use a service, or system that can blacklist an IP based to certain pattern behavior? Most company do that to protect against hacking, ddos, ... or maybe gold spammer.

It's not rare when using such bloquer that the system will have 'false positif' meening it will block legitime IP.

I've not been able to login for 4 days now. How long until you can find a solution? Will the next maint fix it?

Neither my daughter or I can log in from our computers to EE. I'm able to get on other Aeria games just fine, (DOMO/Shaiya for example) but not EE. And this has been since the main server merge. We have been able to play at times, but since the emergency maint, neither one of us has been able to log into game AT ALL! I didn't test today at work as to if I can log in from there or not as I was busy there, but will try tomorrow. See if it's just our IP having problems or what.

*sigh* wanted to play....

5 different people with the same problem.

My husband and I cant log in as well.. since last night we both get to the log in screen and we try to log in but it says "cannot connect to the server" we have literally tried everything..

Even when I type in bogus Usernames and Passwords it still says it cant connect. Its weird and I really want to play ;( help?~

Aeria does not block IPs.

Everybody that cannot connect, can you please go to http://www.gameserverstatus.com/, register an account, activate Premium (Currently Free in Premium Beta), and download the Desktop App. (You will need to enter your GameServerStatus login information on the first page).

When you've done that, please take a screenshot of the application and post it here.
Ideally, it will look like this:


This will greatly assist in identifying the issue that is preventing you from being able to play.

ok so i did that and took a screenshot but i am not sure how to post it to the forums ( new at this ) but it does say that login server 1, 2, 3, and 4 are offline...
how do i post the screen shot i took?
