There is an issue with S.F. where when you are attempting to gift someone you will receive an error. Then g-coin will be deducted from your account and the party on the other end will not receive the item.

You must meet the following requirements to gift other players:
-Master Sargent Rank
-2 g-coin purchases in the month you are gifting
-Have the required g-coin to gift other players

Please do not attempt to gift other players at this present moment in time as we are working to fix this bug. If you encounter an error submit a ticket to Aeria following the link below:

Please state the following in the ticket:
-Your ijji account name
The date you attempted to gift the person and received the error
-The ijji account name of the user you attempted to gift
-The item you attempted to gift
-Amount of g-coin lost
-Screenshot of your transaction history as proof

Once you have done the following, if it matches our records we will issue a refund to your account.

Please note that once a refund is issued, if you attempt to gift again after being warned and encounter an error you will not be refunded a second time.
