This will not only help people and GM's. It will help me in my quest to become a GS and hopfully a GM later in life lol

Would you mind clarifying what the goal of your group is?

If it is to report bugs in the game there is proper format to follow shown Here and should be sent in via the Contact Us link so it may be addressed properly.

If it is to provide troubleshooting, Here is a Troubleshooting Guide

Is it to report game issues such as crashes, missing items/contents, ect? If anyone is having such issues they should notify a current GS in-game or on the SB ASAP if one is there or a GM via the contact us link posted above (also located at the bottom of every web page) as a GM is the only one authorized to get such matters fixed. Current GS's and GM's are listed Here.

If you want it to be a place for player to post general game concerns/questions we have a Self Help Forum section to use.

Hmmm Necro I already rsponded to another of this same post.

You might say, Fan girl, I am trying to become a GS. So you got that part right. Mainly this is just for assisting folks with game issuses the probley dont need a ticket.

Unfortunately any actual technical game issues that are not resolved by the troubleshooting guide are something that a GM or the developers need to be aware of to resolve. And the best way is to send a ticket in, or tell a GS who can relay info directly to a GM. Thank you for wanting to make the GM's life easier, but procedures are in place to make things as convenient as possible.

Even though i'm not part of the group, allow me to explain how.
You need to get 3 "Pirate's Earrings" which can be obtained from the other seasonals such as "Save the carnation"
Once you have 3 you can complete the task "Kingdom's Reward" you will get a "Golden Treasure Box" which contains one "torn map piece" and another item(s).
As you can only complete this task once a day, you can complete "Hidden ancient Treasure" every 2 days
