We greatly apologize for the stress and inconvenience of the issues that presented themselves late last night. With dedicated support from the developer Giant, we plan to rollback all merged data to the point prior to public access and remerge the servers!

Additional reward gift items and a very special event is planned to ensure everyone is left with a satisfied experience! We strive to constantly improve and update our abilities to provide one of the best gaming experiences!

Important Note:
Since all data for Servers 1 and 2 will be rolled back Gold will be restored before being Spent and AP will be refunded for gold exchanges made!

With this reset will we still be placed in Silver Beach?

Will the reset also reset all the items that were sent to us?

Don't worry Pandaladan, we plan to have a enhanced compensation package with Grain certificates and AP spent in game before we return.

Note: Gold that you already had before the server was accessible will be restored! AP that was spent to exchange more gold will be refunded AP back!

I think it's pretty funny that you sent us a Brandy with the rollback message. Wont I just lose that brandy in the rollback?
