RIP OFF Lucky Lottery wheel

[Exchange Tier] Lucky April Tier
in the event forum http://www.aeriagames.com/forums/en/viewtopic.php?t=1545163 , you guys stated we could stand a chance to win warlord armor lvl 80 in the lucky lottery wheel...but seems that u replaced that with plate of the ivan teribble...this is really misleading and not fair...please explain

if you have concerns like that i think you would be better of sending a ticket to get a faster answer from the GMs!
