On March 27th I was hit with the GF/EE "exploit" and lost all my AP to a GF script-kiddie. sent in a ticket almost immediately, maybe a little misguided as to the actual issue. (Very few people in DOMO including us knew about this) Almost three weeks later I've seen zero results. No AP refund, nothing.
Yet, it happens to another one of my friends on EE, they send a ticket, and get their AP refunded the next day while I'm still waiting?
Since we already know that GSes do receive AP honorariums I'm quite irritated that it seems like this is getting passed over, but imagine how irate I'd be if I had actually paid for all of that AP to see that this is happening?
I really hate to be in the position that I am and knock on the company that I'm volunteer for, but I'm just wholeheartedly frustrated.
