We definitely need some adjustments for those skills, some are just way too op and can make pvp yet more imbalanced than it already is.

Oh, bein accurate, the halkin 60 defense skill is wrong. It's only giving bonus when you use on a target with 30% or less hp, and it gives +damage and not +patk.

My description says:

Lv30 skill

+751 patk - addiotional 188, for total 939 in case target is 30% hp or lower -, and 3% malice per atk. Stackable up to 10 times.

when in fact it is:

when target is 30% hp or lower, +188 damage and 3% malice, stackable to 10 times.

Since there are now Race-specific skills, is there any chance Racial Transformation Tomes will be available?

Also, this. Very important, I would like one too.

On lv65 the zumi healing skill is at 2.2k =D

Wow that's some OP heal amount if the value you said is for the per second one.

So I just tested Strategic Retreat (in Trial) and it doesn't remove me from combat. As long as I healed party members before I used Strategic Retreat, their combat will keep me in combat. I'm not sure what will happen in Territory War if it has a different mechanic.

Duels can get out of combat but you need the person to stop attacking, which can sometimes get out of combat by itself. PVP is pointless to try and revive if someone dies since people tend to continually attack the healer.

The heal value is nice but can be easily lowered back in TW, PVP, and Duels. In dungeons, it's nice to help keep yourself alive but I haven't really used it for those situations yet. :x

Regarding Strategic Retreat;

Assuming it's mechanic works the same way as Thief Hidden Force (where any of your party members are in combat it knocks you back in combat) then the primary use of the skills is not to jump out of combat to revive players, but when you jump out of combat it resets your malice value to 0.

Judging that the 45 skill's focus is also reducing malice, then the 60 skill is also designed to reduce malice by clearing it off the healer.

Say you had a boss which clears malice. If the boss/minions ran towards the healer from the malice accumulated healing the tank, the cleric could Strategic Retreat to clear their malice value to 0 and send the mobs back to the tank or someone else who added malice onto the monsters.

Really it would be situational and of only major use when your dealing with a less than par tank. But it does sound like it might come in handy during certain circumstances; especially if they start making new boss mechanics with these new skills in mind.

Yup, human skills aint the best, but with one exception....hurricane armour. Ultimate pvp grinding skill for melee classes. It nearly kills groups in one cast. Just add that to sami AOEs for dungeon runs and we have a winner..

My halfkin templar is a sad troll now. A meaningless 10% mdmg reduction and a second skill that is useful for dps warrior and dps knight, not to my tank knight or mdps templar and...well, I don't play warrior =(

10% magic reduction is really pretty good. Magic Resists cap at 50%, and def doesn't reduce magic damage, so the only way to reduce it is through either direct m-dmg reduction or m-crit reduction.
Also, it works on party members, that is really good. That could potentially save your team from a deadly aoe that normally kills them all off. Also, if you have a knight as the tank, team members can use an asylum glyph, stack the buffs, and get -20% magic damage.
