If you are experiencing problems with your character password please send in an RT and one of the GM's will get to you as soon as we can.

i forgot 2 of my characters codes i would really like to have some help finding out what they are. if you can help me i would be happy cause 1 of my characters has my lvl 33 tank gear on them so if you can again please help me remember what my codes are.

I hadn't played in a while and my password for my characters was 9 letters. I tried entering just the first 6 and it let me log in just fine

I hope that helps anyone who's having issues with that.

Your password can only be 6 characters long. No more, and no less. After you enter it once, you'll have to enter that password again to verify. Then you should be able to log in. If you cannot, you'll have to send in a ticket here

OK. I haven't played Eden Eternal in easily a year. I've noticed that there is a very large update. So, suddenly, like I've been reading, there's a character password required. I have 6 characters that are all level 17+ and I cannot set character passwords for ANY of them. I've tried the six letter/number option, made sure it wasn't any less than six digits and eventually I lose a connection to the server; security for obvious reasons.

So now, I have these characters to which I can't seem to use. Ideas? Suggestions? I've read all the topics on here and tried each one aside for sending a ticket out.

Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is send in an RT here so the GMs can reset your character password. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for a response, and if it goes over that time you can pass your ticket number to a GS such as me to forward to a GM.

I don't Remember my char password. What should I do to get it back? anyone can solve my problem? eden eternal becoming hard rite now.
