I can log-in to the game and go through the character creation process. But when it tells me to set a password, whatever I enter, it says "Password must be 6-char" and then gets broken off. I've tried capitalizing a letter and adding numbers and letters. But I keep getting that message. Anyway to fix that?

I'm having the same issue ^^;

I've never set a character password prior to this,
If I try to type in the password I can't get any further then 6 characters, but if I manually click the on-screen keyboard I can enter in a longer password. However the 'Password must have at least 6 characters' box comes up no matter how long the password is.

Using Windows 7, if that has any effect on the issue.

Why are we even forced to add a character password now anyway?
Not only that, but the Remove Password button is grayed out too...
Did AeriaGames suddenly leaked our accounts information during the maintenance, thus requiring this extra level of security?

yah they did. if u look at the main reason y probably some hackers who tries to get in other ppls account they just put secruity. For the input character that i dont get at all it says passwords can be more than 6 characters.

my password was like 8 characters long now i can't even log into my character.. i happened to lag out during a dungeon too-.-

is there a way to redeem ur character password??

I've tried exactly six letters(uppercase and lowercase)/numbers and it still won't let me set a character password. I never set one since its been awhile since I've played.
