10 days since item problem -still waiting

Er, yeah I sent the email on the 19th when they announced the refund for the problem items, I hope the points get replaced soon. The attack potion was pretty amazing, I will say that much.

After 21 days I sent another email to account Billing support, hopefully it was just an error on part when i first sent the request in. I know I am not yet perfect! = )

A long wait

Well, Psikolon, u will have a long wait. I got an email with a "We are sorry the item is not working" and the subsequent emails sent I have not gotten a reply yet. Yes, u will get your refund, before Xmas. In the mean time, let us hear Aeria make them excuses for "We got to make money" but no customer support. After the 3d week, who counts.

Do you know how many people they get emails from? Thousands, so just be paitent, you'll get it in due time.
