Seems not all.. I got no coupons for this event and i submitted a helm.

I havent received my coupons either even though I entered a design!!

I tried messaging Saverics inbox but still no reply from him after more than 24 hours..

Check each server you have a character on. If you didn't put a IGN and Server you wanted it sent to then the coupons were more than likely sent to one of yours at random as you didn't indicate which you wanted it on.

I have checked and its not on either 1, since your looking into it now I would like too request it too server 4?
