We are aware of an issue on 4/5 where players who purchased the IOTD encountered an error. If you purchased the IOTD name change, you received a message that said the transaction was successful however nothing happened. If you purchased the Easter Egg you were not able to open the item.
Everyone who participated in the IOTD has already been issued a refund. If you have not received a refund by now please submit a ticket under the link below and we will be able to assist you further.
