Going forward we will be using the Aeria Games ticket system. This will speed up the resolution of certain tickets significantly as the ijji tools are unfamiliar to us and we won't be using them for long anyways. So if you have a ticket in the ijji system, we may direct you to resubmit the ticket to the Aeria Games site.
Bare in mind the game tools themselves are still fairly new so some issues may not be resolved as quickly as we like. We are working hard on learning the tools and hope to bring the same level of service we provide to all of our games to the ijji games.
