[SGST] free rewards in ingame item mall

Free rewards were just removed again due to abuses. My suggestion is to move the free rewards from the webmall to the ingame item mall with a countdown timer somewhat like the attendance counter. Rather than the timer being based on time going by in real life, base it on time logged in. The timer should be cumulative instead of resetting when you relog.

pros: encouraging people to be logged in
the free rewards rocked!
harder to abuse as you can't just run thru 100 accounts quickly to farm rewards

cons: merch accounts would earn more free reward boxes than most main accounts.

Dislike:iki123 - would allow more people to abuse it b/c of 4 chars per account

RE iki123 - I don't think you could abuse it in the way you are suggesting b/c you cannot have 2 chars from the same account logged in at the same time. Tho those with multiple computers could still have multiple accounts logged in and farm rewards, it should cut out the large scale abuses as you cannot simply log in, get a reward, log out, log in on another toon and get another reward.

this probably wouldn't happen as the free rewards are done by erraticate which he can easily access the website , but the game isnt actually run by him , and he wouldn't be able to implement this feature because the pms and gms dont have anything to do with adding content.. , but yes i do agree this would be better Smile

bad idea. this would just let more ppl abuse it. instead of 1 item a account. it would be 4.

Agree it's a good idea, but instead of time logged-on (cos ppl would just sit in Randol all day), link it to time actually played, the GM's know when somebody's playing or not - kill a target, it registers on the GM's log - and they can act accordingly !!

I know it'll take some implementing (if even possible), but it would be easier to catch the cheaters !!
