The image below shows some character should enter my password, but not something I have done, the original password you do not accept, because only 6 to 8 characters, and characters. So what should I do?

Az alábbi képen valami karakter jelszót kellene megadnom, de nem is csináltam én olyat, az eredeti jelszavamat meg nem fogadja el, mert 8 karakter és csak 6 karaktert lehet beírni. Ilyenkor mit kellene tennem?

That is the character lock feature, if you do not remember the password that was given to the character please send a ticket here so the GMs can help you.
