PM - Increased damage from behind (about 8% increase I believe)
RM - Extra 1 Mag
SR - Time from walking to running is shortened
Accessory B Skill
PM - with guns that have silencers you will spawn with the silencer attached
RM - Less delay when taking out grenades

Clan War - New Matching System
This is to avoid clan war stacking.
Example - Clan A has 3 ppl, Clan B which cws clan A a lot has 7 ppl. Clan A can ask Clan B to get 2 more ppl from Clan B to do a 5-5. And 2 ppl from Clan B basically end up ringing for Clan A.
IMO - this is really dumb...
Other
Getting rid of the pm knife skills. replaced by quick reload for shot gun and extra ammo for shotgun.
extra pistol skill added to SR to get the pistol out faster.
