Second step is to apply when the position for GS comes out. Unfortunately it will not be this month. Hopefully next. Than you wait for a response on weather or not you made the cut.

To be a GM: Please look at This Keep in mind that a GM position is not a volunteer (like a GS). So you will get paid in your currency.
