Tried making a character and it wont let me.

When I'm done creating a character and click go, this pop up shows up saying "Failed to make a character."

I tried multiple times and closed out of the game and re-opened it. Can someone help me? D: What am I'm doing wrong?

I thought it would've been due to having the name taken but they pop-up for that hasn't changed, unless your connection keeps wiping out, I'm not too sure why this is glitched.

I have the same problem, no matter what i do it just wont let me make a new guy!

Check the Server and Channel you are on. Currently Channel 1 Quill is down. If you try to create a character on that channel it will not work. Try another channel on the server you are in.

you should check your game version if it's up to date, then try to create on any server like quill, gaia or bordor to check if it's working.

Mine is failing as well, I updated my game, and I changed off of Quill ch1, but it still won't let me...

Close client, full scan, and then Choose Channel 2 or 3 of Quill right from the start.

to check to see which channels are up I recommend checking with this site

Same here, I tried Bodor channels 1 and 3, completely closing out the program in between. Both channels I tried were green. and got the error :Failed to create character. I just updated it yesterday. I'm going to try a force update, hopefully that will fix it. If not, then
